Sales Policy: Process

Here is our sales policy, including refund and return policies. For general terms and conditions, see our Terms and Conditions. Our overriding policy is to provide excellent customer service and keep our customers happy.

All orders, including special orders and back-ordered items, must be paid for at the time of sale. We offer various payment options, including options like Netgiro, which offers delayed payments and installments.

All orders are delivered with Dropp. Orders received and paid for before 12:00 (noon) on a Business Day are available the same day — ready for pickup by 17:00 in the Capital Area and by 19:00 in the Southwest Region, or delivered to your home. Orders outside the Southwest Region require 1–2 additional Business Days for delivery. Orders placed after 12:00, or on weekends or public holidays in Iceland, are delivered the next Business Day.

Sales Policy

Training Classes and other events

All training classes and events are subject to cancellation for a full refund by either party up to 21 days before the scheduled date. Within 21 days of the event, cancellation can only occur in extreme situations. We are the sole judge of what constitutes extreme situations. If you are traveling for an event with us, we recommend not booking any non-refundable travel until 21 days prior to the event and purchasing cancelation insurance for extreme situations. We are not responsible for any travel expenses that occur due to the cancellation of our event.

Returns of physical goods

As part of our sales policy, we offer a 30-day return policy on all in-stock items; special orders or back-ordered items are not eligible for returns, unless there are extenuating circumstances. We would be happy to let you try demo items for special orders and back-ordered items to see if they suit your needs.

Please keep the original packaging for the 30-day return window and ensure the product remains in a like-new condition.

To return your order, just put it in the same packaging it came in, including both inner and outer packaging, slap the return label on it, and take it back to a Drop delivery point. They will take it from there and get the product back to us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and will process your refund. We will strive to process your refund within one business day of receiving your order. If you have lost your return label, you can generate a new one at https://dropp.is/en/voruskil

Late or missing refunds

Start by contacting your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

If your credit card company has no record of our refund after a few days, please contact us.
